Shipping Policy

PRE-ORDER PROCESSING

Once the deadline has closed, we will process your order.

Once the order has been placed with the printing company, we will email you to let you know that they're in the process and give you a rough estimate of when your order will arrive at our packing station. We'll pack and ship your order and whichever tracking service you have used will automatically update you on your order's whereabouts. Please allow one week for printing, in addition to your preferred choice of courier and their estimated shipping time. 

LOCAL (UK) SHIPPING

For orders placed in the UK, please allow one week for printing and 2-3 working days for delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

There is not a flat rate shipping service as you have the option to select your preferred courier.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lang-wich.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
