Our first Korean Graded reader in the series the Korean Classic Reader.
Perfect in all
I’ve been searching for a grader reader for ages. This is the most inclusive one I have found yet. This book uses the same words over and over which is so helpful. I also love that it comes with a workbook and audiobook. Definitely recommend. I’m high beginner in Korean. The book has some words I don’t know yet, but definitely good for a high beginner level.
I can read and write 한글 so I’m always practicing my reading to read faster and build up my vocabulary. I love these stories and use them a lot as a resource for my studies
The books I received are of excellent quality and arrived in great condition!
I've only just started the first book and it's a cute story that is easy to follow!
I've tried quite a few beginner books and found that they still used grammar that was way too challenging for me. This one seems the right fit for me to keep me motivated and at the same time feels like a proper story that I want to follow until the end.
The audio files are easy to access, well-paced, and sound natural.
Being halfway through the first book, I'm already looking forward to the other books and future Lang-Wich projects.
(Haven't really worked with the workbooks yet. But they, too, are great quality books with sections about listening comprehension, dictation, reading comprehension, and writing)
I really loved the story. The structure of the chapter makes it a perfect reading practise. Can't wait to start with part 2.

Spring Again, and Summer 2 [Bundle] E-Book + Audiobook
An amazing little book with cute illustrations. As an upper begginner most of books are too overwhelming for me but this was perfect. I love that newly introduced words keep showing up over and over so that you remember it. The story is interesting and I'd recommend it to everyone who wants to read their first novel fully in Korean without waiting to be an upper intermediate level.
Bravo, Lang-wich! I have just started this little book and am enjoying it immensely. It is a great level for a late beginner. All the key vocabulary words are underlined and defined on the page, so you can read smoothly without looking things up. It is also underlined when it appears later, so you can practice seeing it again later in context. The story is simple but interesting and the text includes narration and dialogue so you get a sense of how those can look and sound different from each other. I am looking forward to finishing this story and reading the second one!
I hope there will be some intermediate level stories in the future too. It is hard to find texts that are written for learners who are well beyond the beginner level but still not quite ready to read a full Korean novel. Thank you for working to fill this gap, Lang-wich!
There are not many leveled readers out there for Korean learning so I was so happy to find this book. It is a great book for beginners and other levels as well if you want to practice reading fluency. I mostly used this book for fluency, comprehension, and learning to enjoy reading without looking up words, but when I was a beginner I would have loved this. I really liked that they had the new vocabulary words marked. It was also great to see that the words used are common words you see a lot. I really hope they have more books coming!
